Masvoz Selects Datatronics to Deploy Telcobridges Tmedia Gateways

Tmedia and TB Analytics Help Masvoz Enhance the Network while Reducing Support Costs

Datatronics (www.datatronics.es) a leading system integrator and value added reseller along with TelcoBridges (www.telcobridges.com) a Canadian VoIP gateway innovator, today announced that Masvoz (www.masvoz.es) a telecommunications operator specializing in cloud telephony services for enterprise, has deployed TelcoBridges media gateway solutions to provide network interconnection with integrated signaling and media capabilities. This allows Masvoz to expand its product line offering to SMEs and large enterprise customers.

Datatronics helped Masvoz migrate their existing network, transforming a decoupled architecture into a simple and more compact architecture that integrates signaling and media related functions while keeping a high availability scheme and preserving the legacy SS7 and ISDN interconnection points.

“The outstanding performance of TelcoBridges’ platforms demonstrates their leadership in the TDM to IP market, providing significant benefits to Masvoz in the interconnection environment”, said Juan Carlos Calderon, Platforms & VAS Director of Datatronics. “TelcoBridges’ TB Analytics tools provide the diagnostic and traffic monitoring capabilities that help us better manage and improve the entire network, while reducing support costs and increasing confidence in network operations”.

“We were looking for a platform that offered the highest stability and reliability in the market, and we needed flexible and efficient technological partners. The results show that we made the right decision selecting TelcoBridges and Datatronics”, said Pedro Pitarch, CTO at Masvoz. “This true carrier-grade media gateway platform has helped us improve our network stability, which reinforces our promise of excellent service and high performance to our clients”.

This new investment underscores Masvoz’ commitment to continue building scale and market leadership in the cloud telephony services for companies and SMEs marketed on a SaaS (Software as a Service) and pay-per-use model.
