Course Description

In this course students will be introduced to TelcoBridges’s Tmedia family of products and gradually assimilate the knowledge and skills necessary to become self-sufficient in provisioning, administrating, and maintaining the TelcoBridgesTmedia™ Gateways.

Method of Instruction

The material is broken down into modules, with emphasis on diagnostic tools and optimization strategies.

The instructor presents the content and performs live demonstrations on equipment, then allows the students to have hands-on practice applying the concepts presented and demonstrated by the instructor.

Prerequisites

Students should have basic knowledge of:

  • VoIP.
