Interact’s SPOT VoiceXML/CCXML-based interpreter set, developed for high-density carrier-grade services providers, provides the speech synthesis and speech recognition capabilities that are needed to connect calls for automated telephony applications, such as: voice dialing, national directory assistance, wake-up calls, flight tracking, or any other form of IVR application.  Today, commercial VoiceXML applications process millions of calls each day.
