TelcoBridges’ First Training Event of 2014 Provides a Hand’s On Tutorial for
Tmedia, ToolPack 2.7, Tsig, Ttrans and TB Analytics
Boucherville, Quebec: January 13, 2014 – TelcoBridges announces today that the TB Academy training seminar series will be hosted in conjunction with ITEXPO on January 27th in Miami, Florida. TelcoBridges’ first training seminar of the year will take place at the Miami Beach Botanical Garden, on Convention Center Drive next to the ITEXPO facility. The full-day event runs from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Monday, one day prior to the start of the ITEXPO conference, making it convenient for many of TelcoBridges customers and partners to attend both events.
Designed for Tier 1 and 2 support staff, sales engineers, and other individuals requiring technical training on Tmedia gateways, the TB Academy provides a hands-on tutorial for ToolPack 2.7, which is the software suite that powers the capabilities of TelcoBridges’ Tmedia VoIP Gateways.
TelcoBridges instructors Martin Provencher and Candy Chan will take attendees through the latest capabilities of the Tmedia TMG800, TMG3200, and TMG7800 Gateways. They will discuss how to operate and configure the gateways, and they will walk participants through the new features available in ToolPack 2.7, including: TB analytics’ test call and live signaling capture; Lawful Intercept capabilities; routing scripts; user authorization; system statistics; Radius AAA; n+1 protection; and more. Additional topics on the agenda include:
- New operational features in the Tmedia gateways
- Detailed discussions of TelcoBridges’ Tsig, Ttrans and TB Analytics
- New SS7 Features (M3UA High Availability, M3UA NTT, M3UA SPIROU)
- New CAS Features (CAS R1, H248 CAS)
- Flexible IP (VLAN support, port bonding, multiple IP address by port)
- Presentation and discussion of the 2014 TelcoBridges product roadmap
