TelcoBridges Announces ProSBC Availability on Genesys AppFoundry®
Montreal, Quebec, February 26, 2026 – TelcoBridges today announced that its ProSBC Session Border Controller is now available on the Genesys AppFoundry®, providing Genesys partners and customers with a validated SBC option for Genesys Cloud deployments.
With ProSBC listed on AppFoundry®, contact centers can deploy a Session Border Controller designed for fast setup and direct integration with Genesys Cloud Voice. ProSBC supports secure SIP trunking, carrier interconnection, and PSTN access without requiring complex firewall management or custom configuration.
ProSBC connects to Genesys Cloud Voice through a dedicated SIP interconnection point, simplifying firewall management. It supports TLS and SRTP encryption, SIP normalization, and interoperability with a wide range of carriers. Contact centers can maintain their existing carrier relationships, implement redundancy strategies, improve call quality troubleshooting , while centralizing site and agent traffic into a single SBC platform.
